Charles Westmoreland

2LT Charles Westmoreland, informally known as Chuck Westy, is the Platoon Leader for Aztec Platoon, PDS' Logistics and Cyberwarfare unit. A native of Australia, Westmoreland was dishonorably discharged from the Australian military due to a long-term addiction to cocaine, for which he refused to receive treatment. After leaving the service, Westmoreland befriended a group of blackhat hackers, eventually developing a skill for network penetration and file decryption. In July 2019, Westmoreland unknowingly walked into a job fair while coming down from a three-day long meth bender. After demonstrating his skills by breaking into the laptop of a neighboring contractor's booth, Praetorian's recruiters immediately hired him on the spot, and secured a position for him within Aztec Platoon. Several years later, he eventually earned his commission within the organization and took over the platoon, after it's previous Lieutenant died in an accidental drowning. With PDS having taken control of the their base in Northern Togo, 2LT Westmoreland officially resides on base with his semi-heterosexual life partner, GySGT Jonny Takahashi.
